NOTES:
- All sales are final. Refunds are at the discretion of the Executive Committee.
- PayPal charges us a small fee which we have added to the package or ticket price.
- After buying the package, if you change your mind to pick another package or ticket; please email to banglaobiswa@gmail.com for helping you with the exchange.
- If a concert is cancelled for any reasons, we will process refunds minus the PayPal fees. If a concert is replaced by another equally good or better event, the tickets for that concert will be replaced.
- All participants and members in the event agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the school.
- All participants and program directors for the local cultural programs need to buy at least an 1-Day package.
- The organizers reserve the right to add/modify the terms and conditions at their discretion.
- All packages (not the show tickets) encompasses a wide array of events, such as puja and pushpanjali ceremonies, Bhog offerings, the cultural performances by local artists, entertainment shows featuring regional and featured artists, the Puja mela, Dhaki Naach, Dhunuchi Naach, Sindoor Khela, and more.
- Kids are included in all packages. We will provide complimentary concert tickets through our packages to your kids if any below 18 years of age. If you are buying just show tickets, then you will still need to buy show tickets for your kids.
- If you have visiting parents, please buy add-ons or get the Annual membership . Annual Family membership includes any visiting parents.
- For upgrading the complimentary general tickets to VIP, please send a mail to banglaobiswa@gmail.com

- Student discount passes will be available at the front desk on gate prices only. A student has to present his/her student ID to avail this discount.
- The prime front-row seat is for VVIP ticket holders and Grand Patrons. The next 5-6 rows for all our shows are exclusively assigned for VIP ticket holders, Patrons, sponsors, and Bangla O Biswa members. We invite you to explore the advantages of sponsorship or membership (either family or individual) to enjoy these perks and numerous others throughout the entire year.

- Your physical day passes and concert tickets will be ready at the front desk. Please collect them during check in.
